Add to a massage
Neither add-on is in online booking. Call (352) 339-6646 or ask at the studio to add one, and to check which massages it can go on.
Choose ginger, rose or lavender, and your therapist uses that oil during your massage.
Cupping uses suction cups on the skin and leaves round marks where the cups sat. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health lists skin discoloration, scars, burns and infections as possible side effects, and notes that cupping can make eczema or psoriasis worse, so tell your therapist about any skin condition first. Our guide to cupping explains the marks and the evidence.
Not sure where to start
Every body massage style costs the same, so choose by what you want from the session. Not sure? Swedish is the most common form of massage, and you can tell your therapist how firm you'd like it and which areas to focus on.
| Style | Choose it for |
|---|---|
| Deep Tissue | The deeper layers of muscle; it doesn't have to mean deep pressure |
| Swedish | Relaxation and stress relief |
| Relaxation | A gentle full-body session to ease everyday stress |
| Sports | The muscles you use in training and other physical activity |
| Reflexology | Pressure on set points of the feet, hands and ears |
60 minutes is enough for a full-body massage at an easy pace. Book 90 or 120 minutes if you want extra time on your back, shoulders or legs without rushing the rest.
